Administer the contents of the oral syringe right into his/her mouth. This is by far the preferred and easiest application. Because pets will typically metabolize cannabinoids faster than humans, we recommend, if possible, dosing with or right after a meal/treat and splitting their daily dose to twice daily. If this isn’t possible, there is no harm in giving them one full dose, once/day.
Most pets will experience the best results when taking between 0.1-0.5mg of CBD per pound per day. Our guidelines should only be a starting point – you know your pet better than anyone so what is perfect for one 20lb dog may not be enough for a similarly weighted dog. It all depends on your pet’s metabolism. We recommend starting on the low end of that range and increasing as necessary.
Our pet tinctures are packaged in 30ml (1oz) bottles, and each bottle contains approximately 30, 1ml oral syringes (included). So, the “approximate” starting dosage of CBD per 1ml oral syringe of our pet tinctures is as follows:

Tips
- Start Small – We recommend starting with smaller doses and gradually increasing as needed. Although too much CBD won’t cause any harm, giving them more than they need would just waste product and money.
- Like diet and exercise, CBD routines work best when you incorporate them into your everyday lifestyle on a regular basis. We recommend making CBD part of your pet’s daily routine to allow it to build up in their body and produce the long-term results you’re looking for.
- CBD can be taken with or without food, however administering it with food can cause their body to absorb CBD more effectively than when it is taken without.
